Policies

1. General Course Policies (All Players)


The following policies apply to all players, guests, and Season’s Pass holders:


•    A valid tee time is required to access the course. Walk-ons or starting before the first scheduled tee time are not permitted.


•    All players must follow the instructions of CPGC staff at all times.


•    Players assigned to a group must remain with their designated group for the entire round. Changing groups or separating without staff approval is not permitted.


•    Players must maintain appropriate pace of play. Staff may require players to skip holes, adjust position, or leave the course to maintain flow and safety.


•    Respect course maintenance operations. Interfering with grounds crew or entering restricted areas is prohibited.


•    Zero tolerance for harassment, abusive language, or aggressive behaviour toward staff or other players.


•    CPGC reserves the right to refuse service, suspend play, or remove any individual from the property for policy violations.

2. Season’s Pass Holder Terms (Additional Conditions)


In addition to the General Course Policies above:


•    Season’s Passes are non-transferable.


•    Failure to comply with course policies may result in warning, suspension, or revocation of Season’s Pass privileges at management’s discretion.


•    Refunds upon revocation (less 3% processing fee):
May 100% | June 75% | July 50% | August 25% | September+ no refund


•    Management reserves the right to amend policies at any time and to make final decisions regarding enforcement and eligibility.
